Behind JCIM is Julian Mai: 15 years as an entrepreneur in e-commerce, ERP and other digital fields, first as a merchant and integrator, for several years now with a focus on AI. Not as an observer, but as the one who builds the products.
Together with Niclas Baldus and Baldux GmbH in Switzerland we built XGait, AintDumb and Xentralintelligence. JCIM is the technology partner there: architecture, development, operations.
Our company is based in Florida, our partner in Küssnacht am Rigi, our customers in the DACH region. That is why data protection is not an add-on for us but a prerequisite: EU hosting, documented data flows, models and providers that survive an audit.

Day 2
Assess
You get one page: what the problem is, where the leverage lies, what we will build, what it costs, when it runs. Plus the privacy picture: which data flows where, what stays in-house. No step without your go.
Day 5
Build
The module runs in test with your real data. You click through, we adjust. What we discuss in the morning is in by the afternoon. We develop ourselves, with AI tooling we have used in production for years, and we review what the AI produces.
Day 8
Hand over
The solution runs in your environment or in the EU cloud. Your team is onboarded, the code sits in your repository, documented and tested. You could carry on without us from here. Most clients choose not to.

What the module does
- 1Reads complaints from all inboxes and identifies customer, order and issue, including photos and attachments.

- Situation
- Mid-sized companies need software that fits their processes. Standard systems force them into foreign menus; customising costs weeks and four-figure sums per field.
- Solution
- A cloud platform that generates a finished module from a spoken or typed request: fields, formulas, status pipeline, workflows, permissions. With AI object planner, audit trail and open API.
- Result
- Setup in under a day, changes in minutes, zero consultant cost for adjustments.

- Situation
- SMEs without a dev team want to build their own software with AI but fear insecure code and data leakage.
- Solution
